I ♥ Faces : Week 13 - “Dramatic B&W” Photo Challenge!

This was my favorite shot from this weekends photo session. I had such a wonderful time working with my two sets of twins. They all got along and were full of smiles...what more can a mom ask for? I ♥ my children.

SPRING has SPRUNG!

Yesterday was beautiful outside. We took full advantage of the weather. Here are a few of the children's spring pictures I took.

I ♥ Faces - Week 12, Focus on the Angle, Runner up

I had a hard time this week picking just one photo to put so here is a collage of my favorites. The bottom right photo does have a bit of a larger boarder because I wanted it to stand out a little more.

I ♥ Faces, Week 12 - "Focusing on Angles"

This photo was taken using "the angle above", Luckily my new Nikon has the flip screen and I was able to hold the camera over my head and still see what I was doing.

These are part of a photo shoot last week with Baby "K". I just love his big blue eyes, and how alert he was. Doesn't those eyes and little smile just melt your heart. Babies are just so precious?

I look forward to spending time with his family in a few weeks doing family portraits.

After much encouragement from friends and family to enter a photography contests,I have finally given in and decided to try this out.

This week's Challenge is a picture of my beautiful daughter. This was taken just a few weeks ago and she was about to hit her father with a snowball, as he had threatened to roll her in the snow. She puts a smile on my face, as I hope she will yours.

Volunteering/Girl Scouts

I have been taking some time off from photography to give back to the community. I have been having fun with a bunch of young ladies with lots of potential.....Girl Scouts.
